Becca Cooper Leebove, founder of ShuBu Creative Group, has 22-years of experience elevating marketing teams and bringing prominent branding, PR and marketing initiatives to life.
Her journey encompasses leadership roles at Vail Resorts, Regis University, Starz Entertainment, PorchLight Real Estate Group and several other Denver-based ad agencies.
Marked by a deep understanding of complex organization branding, marketing and PR strategy, Becca has excelled in steering large-scale enterprise-wide branding and PR initiatives in the public and private sectors.
Her work at Vail Resorts garnered recognition, particularly for launching their inaugural employment brand, which influenced recruiting 20,000 employees nationwide. Under Becca’s guidance, she also played an instrumental role in developing Vail Resort’s EPIC brand guidelines for the entire company, leading to sub-brands such as the sustainability brand, EpicPromise, EpicMix and others. Under her leadership at Vail Resorts, Becca led the internal creative team. She was the liaison between the C-suite and the corporate creative team to bring many company-wide marketing and branding efforts to life.
At ShuBu, Becca has developed 100s of clients’ marketing, branding and PR strategies. She led her team to launch a branding and recruitment marketing campaign for the Commerce City Police Department to attract the next generation of law enforcement officers. This got her an invitation to speak at a Department of Justice webinar series as a role model for Chiefs of Police nationwide.
Becca was named a 2023 Outstanding Women in Business awardee by the Denver Business Journal, and a Top 100 Marketing and Advertising Influencer by Marketing 2.0.
Maya Brook,
Public Relations Strategist

Maya has 20+ years' experience in journalism, public relations, and nonprofit fundraising. She received a bachelor’s degree in journalism and communications from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After graduating, she spent time in Australia, New York, and California, before deciding to move back to her native Colorado and now has recently relocated to Pittsburgh.
Her background includes writing for the Associated Press, a PR Specialists for J. Walcher Communications in San Diego, and Executive Director/Development Lead for nonprofits organizations including Mending Faces, Slow Food Denver, and Educate!. She has been a contractor for ShuBu Creative Group since 2022, including as other well-known Denver-based brands such as McGregor Square.
Maya enjoys spending time with her husband and three young boys and practicing and teaching yoga as often as possible.

Bridget has a background in social media management, digital marketing, website development, SEO, and event planning, with experience at organizations including Play to Learn Therapies and Stone Cottage Studios. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Public Relations with an emphasis in Media Design from the University of Colorado, along with a minor in Innovation & Entrepreneurship through the Leeds School of Business.

Nicole is a marketing and PR strategist with more than 15 years of experience helping brands grow through integrated marketing, social media, and strategic storytelling. She has worked at leading agencies, including Razorfish and Ketchum, developing campaigns for a diverse range of clients that drive measurable awareness, engagement, and revenue. Based in Denver, Nicole brings a combination of strategic thinking, creative execution, and entrepreneurial experience to every project. She studied Mass Communications, Media, and Public Relations at the University of Washington and the University of Michigan. Outside of work, Nicole is also the proud mom of two boys.
