ShuBu Brand Workshops – What to Expect

Meant for: C-suite executives, business owners, program managers, and marketing directors. 

What it is: Facilitated discussion that guides leaders through a process of self-discovery—clearly defining mission, vision, values, value proposition, and five-year vision. 

Length: The workshops are meant to be half-day sessions; we come to you or you can come to us to gain ‘off-site’ atmosphere that gets participants out of their comfort zone. 

Post-workshop Deliverables: A comprehensive marketing plan that includes messaging, tactics, and specific strategy to gain an increased foothold in the market. 

Cost: $5,000-$10,000 depending on company size and scope of brand support.
