On a monthly basis we deliver:

PR Strategy: We provide strategic direction on all PR efforts, including positioning, promoting, timing, and placements for your company in mainstream, industry, and local media outlets. The strategy will integrate your personal brand and the company brand, pursuing whichever mix of founder, team profiles and company coverage generates the most visibility and credibility.

PR strategy will be designed to support both human credibility and AI search discoverability, ensuring coverage strengthens how your company is surfaced by LLMs and Google's AIO.

We begin our engagement with a 90-minute discovery session and from there hold bi-weekly meetings to ramp up, followed by monthly PR strategy meetings with our team. 

Media Pitching: Our goal is to get your company featured in the media without buying advertising space! We pitch media outlets and reporters, including TV, radio, print, and digital publications, both locally and nationally that are specifically niche to what you do and cater to their readers.

We curate targeted media lists for your company and craft and distribute media pitches that establish reporter relationships, get visibility, and generate buzz with the goal of getting your company earned media coverage.

We conduct persistent media relations (follow-up) to develop interest with the goal of getting stories covered in desired outlets. We also leverage PR Newswire's Cision database, our existing relationships and other PR tools to find the right reporters for your niche and strategically pitch. 

Press Releases: We draft and distribute press releases on a regular basis, including company milestones, client outcomes, and notable awards. Once distributed, a press release report will be provided including 100s of national and local pick-ups. 

We include one free press release when you sign-on as a client! Beyond that, there is an additional $200 fee for EIN Press Release distribution OR a $1,000 fee for using PR Newswire for every press release distributed. Depending on the wire service we use, we will get your approval before moving forward. The fee covers the cost to syndicate your press release on a national distribution wire. 

Award Submissions: Our goal is to get you awarded by industry and business organizations and/or ranked on top company lists in your industry. We identify, draft, and submit for local and/or national industry awards. We do not apply for awards that require fees upfront unless the award is reputable and recommended by our team.

Expert Quote Opportunities: We will provide expert-quote opportunities positioning you as a subject-matter authority on a regular basis. As these opportunities arise, we will send specific Q&A forms and a deadline with the goal of getting you quoted in mainstream, industry, and/or local publications.  

Podcast Submissions: We identify, draft, and submit for podcast guest appearances opportunities. We do not submit for podcasts that require fees upfront unless the podcast is reputable and recommended by our team. We will get approval if first if any cost is involved. 

Account Management: We're with you every step of the way! Every time you are covered, awarded, or quoted, we keep you in the know by tracking PR efforts and following exactly when the story will publish.

We also keep you in the loop by distributing weekly updates via email but hold monthly status meetings with our team. We are not shy of giving you direct access to ShuBu's PR team members for questions or guidance needed at any time during our engagement. On a quarterly basis, we will deliver a report with key performance indicators and insightful analytics to drive decisions to move forward. 

Social Media: We post all the PR for you on your website and social media channels within 48 hours to make sure you are maximizing your PR results. We can either coordinate with your social media team or do it for you directly.
