Cristina Gonzales has an extensive background in marketing and project management, with a particular focus on nonprofit, placemaking and B2C organizations. She owns and operates her own consulting firm, Wildly Appropriate, LLC, which aims to support local and diverse, female-owned businesses, She most recently worked as Director of Marketing for Punch Bowl Social and Wagamama USA. Prior to this role, she worked at the Downtown Denver Partnership, leading an array of projects ranging from public realm activation to conducting critical reports to branding districts and parks within Downtown Denver, with an added focus on diversity and inclusion, among other community-driven projects.
Cristina has also led rebrands for clients such as Molly’s Spirits, which included developing and executing a strategy for the new store opening, including traditional media buying and the development of a new e-commerce site, as well as supporting day-to-day marketing and in-store initiatives. Earlier in her career, Cristina gained experience within the energy sector for a B2B company and served an array of clients as an Account Manager for an integrated marketing agency. Cristina received her MBA in Marketing Management and her BA in Strategic Communications from the University of New Mexico and has happily lived in Denver for over 6
