Becca Cooper Leebove, founder of ShuBu Creative Group, has 24 years of experience bringing prominent branding, PR, and marketing initiatives to life.

Her career spans leadership roles at Vail Resorts, Regis University, STARZ Entertainment, PorchLight Real Estate Group, and several Denver-based ad agencies, steering large-scale, enterprise-wide branding and PR initiatives across the public and private sectors. At Vail Resorts, she helped launch the company's inaugural employment brand — defined around three core pillars: brave, ambitious, and passionate — which influenced the recruitment of 20,000 employees nationwide. She also helped develop Vail Resorts' company-wide EPIC brand guidelines and its sub-brands, including EpicPromise, EpicMix, and others, serving as the liaison between the C-suite and the corporate creative team.

At ShuBu, Becca and her team have developed branding, marketing, and PR strategies for hundreds of clients, earning them coverage in U.S. News & World Report, TIME, CNN, and other notable publications. Under Becca's leadership, ShuBu's recruitment campaign for the Commerce City Police Department earned an invitation to speak at a Department of Justice webinar series as a role model for Chiefs of Police nationwide.
